Is retirement close?

Like all transitions this size, it brings you to existential pondering and deep reflection. Who am I now? What will create meaning moving forward?

What’s next comes from the inside out. Who you’ve been, what you’ve been responsible for, the day-to-day routine… it’s all part of this identity shift.

It’s your third act. The one where the first two acts come together to create something dynamic. It can be a hard one to consider. Life goes fast. It makes sense to talk with someone if you’re struggling alone. A coach is an independent voice to help you sort things out and set things straight for the future you envision.

I get it. I’m retirement age myself. When I stood at that edge, I turned back to creativity. That became Sacred Play, and it’s part of the why I’m painting again. You can see some of that work on my Paintings page.
