Lori Koop . Coach
Your third act. The final stage of life. It’s a spiritual journey.
Your 60’s ask a whole new set of questions and require deep reflection to answer. Your responsibilities, your day-to-day, your job… so much shifts.
If you think about your life as a play, this is the third act. In the third act, you take what you’ve learned in the first and second acts and put them to use. You bring your experience and not your mistakes. You review where you’ve been and become aware of where you want to go. It’s a thoughtful process, and it’s well earned. You’ve worked hard. And time is precious. Do it with grace and ease, worthy of a standing ovation.
A good coach really helps. She listens, asks the right questions and can often see what you cannot. When I stood at the start of my third act, I didn’t know what I was going to do so I hired a coach. I wanted a sounding board and a spiritual approach. Through our work together, I decided to make bold moves. I quit my job and returned to coaching. Sacred Play.was officially born, and I started painting again. You can see some of that work below and on my Paintings page.
I didn’t want any regrets. And I’m sure you don’t either.
“If you find yourself standing at the edge of your own third act, wanting a coach to process with, I’d love to help.”
